The timing should be fixed here. Once the light at Valley Forge Rd turns green the light at White's Rd turns red as one approaches it, holding up traffic on Valley Forge Rd, as the traffic can't get through the green light there.

It amazes me that people get paid alot of money to design these lights and intersections when a brainless fool can figure out a better strategy when it comes to these two intersections. I too agree with the original statement, and it needs to be fixed immediately.

PA DOT is too busy with the 309 Connector/wambold rd, circa 2020. Now there's a cluster f......., meanwhile they allocate 20 million for Specter/Murtha libraries in 2011 budget.

@BH that's government though. Pay $7k a year in property taxes to pay the salaries of bureaucrats who do nothing. Every now and then they may pave your roads.
