Q. Please describe the issue
A. Guy pulls up now at 8:45pm in what appears to be infinity and plate# starts with 755, and standing in front of 50 linden st(6 unit red brick building) listening crazy loud music with disrespect to neighbors...it might be not not 10pm but still its not his own private yard, its a street with neighbors taking rest!
