ok, i think this might be a work area for one of our local, err, entrepreneurs. someone ripped the tubes out of the CRTs, as if for scrap. mmm, mercury. still used for dumping, however

eh, neighbors cleaned this up. i'd have tossed the stuff in our trash but i didn't want us to be fined for any recyclables contained within.
