Metro pays XO Communication in the range of 7000,000 K a month for Fiber used. However XO can not tell Metro how much Fiber is being use nor does Metro know how much of XO'S fiber they are using. Metro just agreed to pay this amount. No Court decision, no nothing. JUST AGREED TO IT. Wasteful, YOU THINK !
