Description
The TV image supplied by FIOS freezes and is electronically distorted on a regular basis. Their solution was to send a new set top box, which we installed with no improvement. It is impossible to reach anyone at Fios via phone or chat. They suggest going to their website to follow service tutorials. I pay monthly for service which they refuse to provide.
