From the writing and excessive use of caps and exclamation points it appears this complaint was written by one of the children. If the kids feel scared then this area should definitely be patrolled by more police.

Caps lock aside, it is ridiculous. Last winter, people still found the need to do 40 on this road with fresh snow on the ground. The speeding needs to be stopped.
