So true. It seems that most people are partially colorblind for at least 5 seconds when they approach this intersection. I actually 'crawl' my car forward when the light changes to green because some moron will undoubtedly go through his red light long after it has been red.
If the cops would sit in the Olympic Donuts car-park for a week and hand out traffic tickets you would find this problem resolved pretty quickly.
That would be far more useful than the cop I see parking his car at Gulf Beach to reprimand car owners who don't have or display Milford parking permits. It seems making sure parking permits are displayed is more important than preventing a road tragedy.
