Stevens Road in Wilkes-Barre links Sherman Street to Wilkes-Barre Academy and local traffic to homes on New Grant Street. The street is a disgrace. The street has endless potholes that are dangerous to cars, buses, and pedestrians. These pot holes are even more dangerous when flooded and drivers need to guess where they are. Trees are unmanaged and sidewalks missing. This street is a disgrace especially for an access Road to an elementary school.
