I was just told our cars will be towed out of our driveway to the house. Because this Smoke shop is opening the 15th. 2 days. Really ?

I am also concerned about this property which I assume has been sold? We own the property that abuts the store and house directly to the rear on East Street Ave. My 86 year old mother lives there and now I am concerned about her safety. The "Smoke Shop" Brian speaks of is called Hashbury Headshop, selling drug paraphernalia and who knows what else? They have another store in Springfield and if you read their website and www.facebook.com/hashburyheady/ they have been accused of selling illegal drugs right over the counter plus the store owner/management has threatened people online! Is this the type of store we want in Chicopee? Do they have the permits to open tomorrow (3/15/18)? Please look into this for Brian's, my mothers and all of the neighbors and children's sake. Also when my mother spoke with the person painting the store he told her they also plan on selling cars there! How could this be? What is happening to Chicopee!

Heading to court this morning because the landlord DID NOT pay for the gas and electric all winter.
Even though 1200 dollars in utility fees were paid over this winter .
Lets see how the city handles this injustice.

Inculding a vehicle from NY parking on East Main Ave., whom decided to turn around and go out the wrong way of a 1 way street.

I emailed Councilor Krampits yesterday regarding this as nothing has been applied for according to the City Council agenda/minutes

If nothing has been applied for then how is this business allowed to open? And as far as cars from NY and elsewhere they are advertising on facebook.com/hashburyheady which is the same site they have been accused of selling illegal drugs over the counter at their Springfield store. Wake up Chicopee!

Where is this parking lot going to be constructed? As a property abutter on East Street Avenue, we have a right to know. It seems everything pertaining to this store is snuck right by the neighbors!

Seems like money talks around here. Let them waste their money, this place wont last , there will either be a drug bust or they will just fold up and relocate when it gets to hot .

Well well well, looks like the neighbors won't have to worry about the head shop anymore. The owner just got busted . Kicking in doors with 2 lbs of weed in his backpack.

You would that, but they are still open and they have lots of customers now, i just never see anyone leaving with anything in teir hands.
