Description

Numerous green garbage bags dumped by the curb for over 1 month. House is vacant and there is not trash service for this residence.

1 week ago contractors came and cut all the bushes in front of the house and dumped them by the cub. Now all brush is dying and creating a rodent problem. Contractors only show up on weekends to work on the house. Not sure if they are licensed as there is NO activity during the week.
