Bates Road between 31A and 31 - a portion of the road was re-paved near the ethanol plant. However, from just beyond the ethonal plant heading north the road is riddled with pot-holes that can potentially cause serious damage to a vehicle. This is a heavily used road - two manufacturing plants and a nursing home are among the tennants. Extremely small section of road in EXTREMELY bad repair.
