Description

There is an ongoing issue with continuous barking of dogs as well as smell from lack of dogs upkeep. This goes on almost 24x7 and thru most nights. Also I believe the residents have more than the allowed number of dogs in their backyard. The homes in question border our backyard on Pascal and Carhart respectively.
HELP PLEASE!
