You would need to contact the City of Warren since these streets are under their jurisdiction. However, the purpose of stop signs are not to control speed. The most efficient way to reduce speeding is to provide additional police presence. You should contact the Warren PD to request additional police presence in this area. A word of caution, however, when additional police presence is requested, we have found that the speeders that are ticketed are the residents of the subdivision in the majority of cases.
