It needs to be rebuilt with speed bumps or somehow be made one way. If the city put a air hose 'car counter' out there they would see how many use it as their short cut to Jackman/Upton (depending on direction) and the expressway.
Duncan is just as bad. The cross traffic needs forced to Central or Berdan where it belongs.

I suggested making a left turn arrow at west bound Berdan at south bound Upton so more than 1-2 cars get through the intersection on the green light--Guess what?---"Thank you for submitting this request for service. We have completed our work and the service request is now closed."
Nothing gets done in this City.
The side streets will continue to be cut through streets till someone gets Hit and or Killed!!.

I know this has been brought up in the block watch 'notes' and supposedly a light is going in at McKinley on Upton and believe there's talk on a turn light at Berdan. Not sure this won't cause more cares cutting through Would prefer Marne/Duncan to be one way (westbound) to block the people off. Would really prefer they were closed off.
If they close your work order and say they completed it keep track of the previous work order and call these people out on it with a new request. It worked for me, even if I shouldn't have had to ask twice. You may not get your turn light as fast but telling you they completed work that wasn't done, isn't what you want to hear.

Why is this request closed. NOTHING has been done. The potholes are getting bigger and bigger. Since the city and ProMedica chose to turn our side streets into thorough fares they should also make them safe for all the children and keep the residents from the expense to have our automobiles repaired. Perhaps when a student from McKinley or Toledo Technical Academy is injured during arriving or leaving school or someone is seriously injured due to the terrible traffic pattern on Upton and sues the city, the people in this neighborhood will receive some attention.
