Ever since RT 86 has opened, there is so much more traffic going west on 84. The light at Liberty/Ravenna and rt 84 is backed up with traffic because people turning lt onto Ravenna. The traffic light needs to be re-timed to give west bound traffic more time to get thru and turn left
