Not closed until fixed. I reported this over a week ago, and it remains unfixed by Ameren. I would like to see the sense of urgency in closing this item focused on actually ensuring Ameren fixes the non-functioning streetlight in a timely manner. Reopened! Fix!

Still not fixed. Not impressed with Ameren not St. Charles oversight, or lack thereof. Please fix!

We checked with Ameren and they apparently had the wrong light in the work order. they have created another work order with the correct light and it should be fixed in the next day or so.

The confusion was due to not having a correct light pole number. This one should be SX9740. We appreciate your help in improving the safety of our City!

There seems to be a process improvement opportunity between St. Charles and Ameren to ensure timely fixes of reported issues. This issue has not been resolved for one month, and the leaning electric pole in downtown St. Charles was reported in Dec. 2017 and is scheduled for repair in April 2018. 4 months!

I provided the address near the pole so there should be a double check process with Ameren on pole numbers and turnaround time.
