Description

Usually around 8AM, people coming from 51st street south usually spend 10-15min at the 51st and Garnett intersection waiting for the traffic light to turn green. The traffic light turns green for a couple of seconds only allowing very few cars to pass.

There is a possibility of accidents at this intersection because people end up driving thru even if it is red.

Hope someone from the city take a look at this issue.
