This house is very unhealthy to live in. Our son lived in there and it has lots of black mold in basement, closets, water damage, rats, leaks, front porch supports ready to fall if someone bumps the foundation. This house should not even be allowed to be rented out to anyone until it meets safety standards. This house should be inspected inside due to the large amounts of black mold in the walls, ceilings, basements not to mention all the water damage in walls.

I think this house needs to go back on the demo list and stay on the demo list this time!!!

Yep..agree Ron. In 2008 this house was put on Demo to be torn down because of it's condition...and then the owner hires workers to fix it..and all they did was slap some Soffet on the front porch ceiling to cover up all the rotten wood to hide it..to make it appear it was fixed. The outlet doesn't even work on front porch ceiling due to water damage. A fire hazard if you ask me.

It was condemned. back in 2008,and was covered up,not fixed
