Can anything be done to adjust the timing of left turn light for Cresent Lake and Highland Road/59? Often the arrow to turn from Highland road onto Cresent lake will never turn green - drivers turning left are forced to complete the left hand turn on a red light. Traffic along Highland road is too heave and drivers run the red light. The other day I was the 3rd car to turn left and waited 5 light changes before I had a chance to go (other drivers behind me cut thru Aldi shopping center lot).
