"Back in the day", a developer was required to build sidewalk with each lot. This particular lot is associated with HOA property, not a house.

Today, we require a developer to build sidewalk on open space prior to street acceptance, to avoid this specific issue. We still have a few similar places around Newman.

We will schedule sidewalk construction for this location.

How about the sidewalk at Seabiscuit Court and Calumet Pkwy. This isn't my subdivision but I walk there also, the builder is still building homes shouldn't he/she finish the sidewalk.

The builder at Kentucky Downs agreed to complete all of the missing sections of sidewalk in Kentucky Downs by the time he has finished building houses. He has a few remaining lots.
