Description

Our neighbors have rats and at least one raccoon living in their back yard. Their yard is nothing but trash in the back and rats are burrowing out of the yard in to at least 2 other yards. They do nothing to maintain their home’s exterior or yard. There is a truck that hasn’t moved in 6 years and has the same trash inside of it that it did in 2013. Plants grow out of the bed of the truck every spring. Their revolting living conditions in and outside of their home are causing a major pest problem in our neighborhood.

Additionally their dead tree trunk in the back yard appears to have termites....
