Description

This issue was closed, i am opening a new issue because obviously it's not resolved. I have a picture taken today 3/14/18 of the contractors parked on the vacant lot that is NOT a parking lot. They have to drive over the curb onto the grass than over the sidewalk to park there. There is ample on street parking during the day on north manning blvd there is no reason for this. It's destroying the sidewalk and the grass.
