I am aware snow removal is the house owner's responsibility. I'm located on the corner and expect pileup. More recently more has been directly in front of the house. We have a wide open side yard where in past years, plows have utilized, which we appreciated. Last night I had 6-8 feet in front of my walk. My snowblower broke and I have a large driveway. I couldn't finish and thought as I went to bed, "if there's a fire, the only "easy" access is through the garage or an 6-8 foot snowbank. I'm sure they could have found a way to get around....my point, is it is too much in front of our house. Is there any way more could be piled up to the side. You can use our whole lawn! I can't shovel that all myself. I so appreciate your helps. I attached a pic and will likely need to send a 2nd with a another photo of the side yard. Please note, this was taken today at 4:30 (Wednesday) so after a day of melting.
