if the ladder truck is not used which has been sitting in the same spot a long time it should be sold. it was wasteful buying in my opinion. why is it and another fire truck sitting in the churches parking lot.

The ladder truck, which is in use and checked daily, is sitting in the church parking lot due to construction in the ladder bay of the fire station. It is anticipated to be able to be moved back in by next Friday. The ladder truck in the department for the City helps with citizens home owners insurance rating, as well as additional resources and safety.
The other fire truck has a mechanical issue. We have contacted the representative from Sunbelt Fire out of Fairhope, AL to come and perform maintenance on it. Currently it is unsafe to drive to relocate.
