This matter should be reported here, as well as to the police. Better that people know.
Speaking of reporting here - this venue is not the place to make fun of anyone who is concerned about a Salem neighborhood matter.
An example: Reporting 'moldy stew' is far less problematic that drug dealers, JR.
Give these folks a break.

People have absolutely called the police multiple times and no action has been taken. Call logs from December/January should even note a missing zagster bike parked there and a possible missing person who rented the bike. No police action has been taken.

Perhaps what they're doing is legal... Or perhaps the police are still doing the investigation. Publicizing this and blasting a neighbor publicly while you hide behind anonymity is hardly helpful. Has anyone perhaps gone over to speak to the neighbor? Just because you don't know the medical cannabis laws doesn't mean someone is breaking one.

Or you could talk to your neighbors instead of being cowards.
