Thanks again for submitting your request to Gilbert 311. This issue has been resolved. Light poles that begin with the letter (A) are private lights and maintained by the HOA. Typically the HOA and Utility company have an agreement on energy consumption and maintenance sometime the private HOA will contract repairs with their own electric company. I have personally sent information to contact regarding this light. this HOA is private and light maintenance if part of the HOA responsibility. You need to contact the HOA and submit a repair work order with them. Thank you

I’ve called a month ago to a diiferent number and now I received another none working number. I’ve called and emailed several times and no response.. these poles are not ours . There association poles they belong to HOA. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience
