For several years now the house at 2469 Elkwood circle has been vacant. The structure has been boarded up in the front as well as the back due to the fact that people were squatting inside. We have contacted the city about the high grass, falling off gutters, rotting roof, broken garage doors and they have informed us there is nothing they can do. We have on many occasions seen people coming from behind the property at all hours. This is the only house on the street that is not being kept up. Many of the home owners around it myself included have put alot of time and money into remodeling our homes, This home is dragging down our property values.
