In order to preserve the high quality of community living and protect the community property values, I request compliance from all CDD RB Board of Directors of governing documents of River Bend of Hillsborough County HOA.
The following violation(s) was observed:
Sidewalk needs power wash, clean

As required by Covenants I’m requesting to take the necessary action to correct this violation immediately
