Work crews tore up Bowman Boulevard two weeks ago and did not come back out at all last week to finish the job. Now it's going to rain and I have doubts it will be fixed this week either. This is the only way in or out of the Manchester at Wesleyan apartments, and despite signs reading "LOOSE CONCRETE — STAY OFF," we MUST drive on this road to leave home and return home. The road is a mess. If you want to repave it, fine, but finish it already!

Until it's fixed, you're being a nuisance to residents, not helping anything. Expedite this process, and—in the future—plan to get things done more quickly, and consider the effects your projects have on residents.
