Good afternoon. I put in a request over 2 years ago to have my city tree removed by Westland DPS. The inspector did visit my home and indicated that the tree DOES need to be removed, and that it would take 1 1/2 years due to backlog. It is now over 2. I'd like to know when I can expect this tree to be cut down. It is in poor health, drips sap over every vehicle parked under it (to the point where it has to be washed every day), and it is losing large 10' limbs or larger due to rot. Many dead branches in tree. Will likely start damaging vehicles parked in front of my house.
