The boat has been there about a week, the RV has been there since last fall. There is no Pinellas County code that prohibits these vehicles on county streets. Its a battle you won't win.

This situation has played itself out on this street since 1999. Until Pinellas County enacts an enforcible ordinance, there is NO code violation here. You're wasting the Sheriff's office time. The "abandonec" RV without plates in the old golf course parking lot is another issue, as it has no tags. It should be towed and impounded. Otherwise its just contributing to the current ombiance of the property.

I checked the tires on the boat trailer, fully inflated.

The RV parked in the old Baypointe golf course parking lot, has a current registration tag, expiring in April of this year. It's parked on private property, therefore not within the county's jurisdiction. Hence, it's a non issue Mr Anonymous.
