The City of San Francisco owns the property that borders rose Gough and Page Street. The city does not maintain this property as they instruct, mandate and monetarily fine other property owners.
The public (city owned) sidewalks are severely cracked and present tripping hazards to everyone - the sidewalks are so poorly maintained that they do not offer accessible path of travel to handicapped people.

Graffiti covers the fence that faces Rose Street.

There is a temporary building on the city property that butts up against a cyclone fence; this building blocks clear view (most likely not to building fire code) and serves as a blind for Crack Heads and Drunks, and Dialects that use the sidewalk and street regularly as their toilet.

Are these too many fix-its for one post? I'll separate them out.

Does the State and City Fire Code allow for temporary buildings to be butted up against sidewalks and parking spaces?

You might want to resubmit this now that SeeClickFix is directly connected through open data feed to SF311.

Dried human feces on south side of street, on wall and dripping down to sidewalk.

Sidewalk is being repaved, so the problem is closed as a side effect.
