Description
There is a parking lot behind behind the Church on the corner of Chestnut/Hanover St. that is in dire need of repair. It has been let go by the owner. The potholes are incredibly large and deep, there is a van with busted out windows that has been there for over a year now, there is wood and other junk........ typical urban blight sorta stuff. I did notice that one gentlemen has been working on his back yard and fence which helps the sight from my house....... but I see kids playing in that parking lot often and it's dangerous.
