I have left email and voicemail on Monday 3/19 for both of the contacts that were provided to contact CNR, neither has responded. Will attempt again Friday 3/23. Very disappointed in how this is been handled....

Artsem, could i bother you for the names, phone numbers and emails of the CNR contacts, i have seemed to have misplaced them, maybe more people calling and emailing them we will get a response instead of the runaround that the city is giving us! Thank you for reporting! The railroad company is currently working with the Code Enforcement/Community Services Division on determining a more permanent solution to this ongoing issue. The railroad company commenced with cleaning up its tracks within city limits on March 6, 2018. The tracks will be cleaned up in sections, starting with the spur at Lewis Brown Drive. SeeClickFix is one of the many tools available to the citizens of Vallejo to report non-emergency issues. The City of Vallejo is unable to enforce on the railroad company since the company is federally funded. We “close” an issue in SeeClickFix once we've acknowledged the complaint; however, this issue is not "Closed" per se; it will remain an "Open" case with us until it is corrected. I think everyone affected needs to call the numbers above. And don't let Vallejo Code Enforcement or the City Manager's Office off the hook either, keep calling or emailing until a definitive answer is given.

I noticed that the "bot" response from our Code Enforcement has dropped giving the contact info for CNR.

Here iam doing the city of vallejos work! I just sent off two emails to the railroads contacts and also left phone messages to each contact. Im sure i will receive no response to either as have you not received a response either. Next stop, city hall!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! With pictures!

So what your telling us citizens is that since the Feds fund the tracks your not allowed to do anything on that property? So i could set up a business on the tracks and the city could do absolutely nothing to me? Its federally funded so you cant touch me!
