Description
This property put up a fence, which I believe is over on the neighboring property line. They also have a shed on their property that may be over the property line. Due to this, I also believe they did not get a permit for the shed or the fence. Please look into this and have them remedy the situation as soon as possible. Thank you for taking the time to inspect this issue.

A permit was issued for the fence in October of 2017. The owner has not yet scheduled a final inspection. The shed appears to have been constructed without a permit.
I have sent a notice to the property owner informing him that he must apply for a permit for the shed and schedule a final inspection for the fence by no later than April 13th or he may face code enforcement action by the City.
