This area is very rural in the context of visibility and completely unsafe to have an unregulated area where people are using drugs. It makes this trail unsafe and is very big problem. I’m also worried about what may be getting dumped into the river and affecting the marine life and water quality. This is a very serious matter. This will only grow if not regulated and addressed now.
