Description
The apartments at 220 Orange St, keep their garbage cans, etc in an UNENCLOSED area at the front of the building which is an eyesore... AND one of the red containers HAS A MISSING LID which allows birds and animals to get into the trash can and spread the garbage outside. THIS IS AN UNSANITARY CONDITION! Waste Mgt Co will only respond to the OWNER and will NOT replace the damaged can otherwise. Attempts to contact the landlord have failed and his tenants say he ignores their communications anyway.
PLEASE HAVE DAMAGED CAN REPLACED AND HAVE RED, GREEN AND GREY BINS SCREENED OR ENCLOSED TO MITIGATE THIS EYESORE.
Thanks!
