Description

Heading toward Vine St. on Green St there is a blind spot crossing over handcock st. Cars that are parked on handcock st. are to close to the corners on green st. which causes drivers on green st. not to see on comming traffic of hancock.

It's very difficult to see here, pretty much impossible if you drive a smaller vehicle. It's very unsafe, people often just 'gun it' in hopes they can cross the street safely.

This is a terrible spot. I live two doors down and a have witnessed three accidents in the last year. There are lots of kids that live in the area and this is very dangerous as people speed regularly here. If the borough will not put a stop sign, a mirror should be placed to see around the corner.
