Please investigate the feasibility of upgrading the existing ped signals to APS at the subject intersection, as well as the addition of a crossing on the Windstream leg, inclusive of ramp condition (Yan may already have ramp review and recommendations in the ramp inventory). Please share your findings by mid April.

The need to upgrade current signalized crossings to APS and addition of crosswalk across north leg of Windstream Dr will be investigated once funding levels for FY 2021 are determined by the County Council in Spring.
