Correct Address: 5101 Ricky
I39 was dispatched via 311 complaint of unpermitted grade/fill. Upon arriving at given address, the correct address was found to be 5101 Ricky . I39 noticed a vacant lot with approximately 35 loads of recently placed soil on it. I39 checked ILMS and found no permits for grade and fill. Posted 1st notice to obtain all necessary permits for unpermitted grade/fill. A hold placed for structural investigation fee for unpermitted fill/grade. Follow up scheduled.
