Description

There is a cable (phone, electricity?) on the ground with wires exposed on the lawn extension just to the west of the driveway of 915 Lutz Ave.

It seems that when the City staff came, all they did was coil up the cable neatly on the ground. This does not resolve the public safety and city liability issue of having an exposed electrical line in public space. Please contact the vendor who maintains this line (AT&T, Comcast, DTE?) and have it properly terminated up on the pole, so it is not laying on the ground.
