Yesterday @ 3pm there was a car idling with a sunshade on the dashboard, just a few garages down the alley from this 39 unit. It was blocking my garage access and when I honked a couple times they moved the car a few feet while keeping the sunshade in place and returned to doing whatever they were so intently focused on, I assume it was getting high. Some police presence or attention to this alleyway would be appreciated
