At least one bollard missing from the right side of the bike lane, and two additional missing from the left side of the lane. The two missing from the left allow vehicles to use the bike lane to pass on the right all the way to Saratoga.

Any update here? I know this is scheduled for repaving later this summer, but replacing the missing bollards needs to be done ASAP. Signage could also be updated before paving. With the current detour route from the section of the Waterfront Greenway being closed, this segment is getting a lot more bike traffic than normal.

This has been repaved, restripesd, and is still missing all the physical separation that was taken out weeks before construction even started. Cars are routinely using the bike lane as a right turn lane.

agreed. this needs to be addressed ASAP. its dangerous for everyone, drivers included. I've personally nearly hit someone while making my right from the vehicle lane because they tried to cut around traffic in the bike lane.

Almost December... There is one construction barrel placed at the intersection itself that has cut down on cars using the bike lane as a right hand turning lane, but now that it has snowed & the plow has buried the bike lane at the intersection you're forced to take the lane if heading northbound. This is super sketchy when most cars are driving 30+ mph.

Whatever the city has planned for this section of formerly protected bike lane, please figure it out soon before somebody is seriously injured. Ideally, the flex posts need to be reinstalled ASAP, and the bike lane needs to be cleared with the sidewalk plow as it has been the past two winters.

Most of these issues have been addressed, but signage still has not been updated. Any status update on the "right turns yield to bikes" and "left turns yield to bikes" signs that need to be added here?

Hi. Asking again about updates to "turns must yield" signs since I was almost run over again this morning. Please don't wait till somebody gets hit here (again) to make updates. Plus, there are still about a dozen flex posts that were taken out by the plow last winter that need to be reinstalled.

Thanks for the update. In addition to the signs, can missing flex posts please be reinstalled before winter? Right now there are some temporary cones, which are helping keep cars out of the bike lane. Once those are gone, the “entrance” to the bike lane will be big enough to drive a vehicle through

I know things tend to take a bit longer here, but this is ridiculous. its been over 3 years since this issue was opened and over 6 months since you said you were placing an order for the signs, yet flex posts are still missing and the signage still hasn't been updated.

For the start of the bike lane (northbound) this is literally all we need.
