This is ridicoulous. I&P is only looking at where the water is discharged and if thats the case there is no code being violated. But my issue is has anyone from the state questioned why this property discharges 480 gallons of water each and every day like clock work. This water drains and sits up against my retaining wall causing damage to it. This water turns to a ice rink in the winter and a huge pile of mud in the summer. The water is coming from a underground water source which explains why it continues to drain even after days and days and days with no rain. There is a code being violated here and if I as a MD resident can find this code then im sure if I&P actually did there job they would figure out the same.

Unfortunately, there are no County departments that would handle this issue. You may want to contact Maryland State to see if they have any divisions that may be able to assist you.
