Although neither of the two drains near the SW corner of Elm and High are currently clogged, a low spot has developed on the south side of Elm near the crosswalk. A deep puddle forms here. Although it's kind of entertaining to watch the water splash onto the sidewalk as cars and buses plow through it, I can see how some people might have a problem with this. An extra inch or two of asphalt right here should do the trick.
