So much junk in yard . city needs to addressthis, way to much junk in that yard.

Im a homeowner next to this house and its out of control. 3 popup campers that are just sitting there and in poor condition, a portable garage with a pickyp truck that is used for parts and is sitting on the grass with no wheels, lawn equiptment etc.... The city needs to do its job and have the owner remove all that junk.
