Disabled / abandoned black Dodge Ram pickup parked on street over 30 days. Pickup bed is filled with trash, paper, and used construction material. Vehicle is parked in the southbound lane 1221 Sw Western Avenue. Does not appear owner has made any contact with the vehicle.
