You can recycle plastic bags at Stop & Shop on Center St. There's a blue receptacle near the doors when you enter the store.

Most other supermarkets and stores too - Wegmans, Market Basket, and I think even places like Home Depot have shopping bag recycling receptacles.

If you bring the broken recycling bin to the DPW yard (356 Commercial St.) they will replace it.
