Sent an email to Mr. Harrison thanking him for responding and informing him that vallejo was a mess. He responded and told me that he appreciated the emails and that the cleanup work would start in april at a cost of $40,000.00 plus to clean up the tracks through vallejo! This all could have been prevented had the city stepped in and stopped the homeless camps from the beginning! Im sure the patented city response will be, "Its Federal property so we cant go on it". LAME! I hope the railroad company sends the bill to the city of vallejo! Thank you Mr. Harrison, hope you keep to your word!
