Description

This is a T, but it acts like a four way. If someone is going westbound, and wants to turn left to go southbound, the southbound side should stay green for 5 more seconds. If someone going southbound turns left, the southbound light does not need to change for them to cross the northbound traffic. In rush hour, it can make a big difference.
